[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development brought by the reform and opening up, the rural surplus labor force has become an important force in the modernization construction, and they have made important contributions to the economic development of China. However, due to the dualistic structure of urban and rural areas for a long time, these peasants have become the marginal groups of the city. They lack social security, low wage income, poor living conditions, and are discriminated against by some urban residents. With urbanization becoming the inevitable trend of our country's social development, how to keep the rural migrant workers working in the city to work in the city becomes a big problem. In modern society, with the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing demand for female workers by the development of the tertiary industry, the proportion of female floating population in the floating population is increasing, accounting for about half of the total floating population. Moreover, in recent years, the family type population migration pattern also presents the unceasingly rising tendency. Because the female floating population plays a central role in the family, only the migration of the female population is the real migration, and only if they really want to stay in the city can a floating family settle in the city. Therefore, their willingness to stay in the city affects the other members of the family to stay in the city, to some extent, it also affects the process of urbanization in China. However, as a special group of floating population, female floating population faces not only the common problems faced by ordinary migrant workers, but also many special problems in urban life. Such as sex discrimination, sexual harassment and so on, so this paper studies the urban life status of female floating population (including economic income, social security, self-confidence, discrimination, etc.), This paper analyzes the influence of these factors on the willingness to stay in the city, finds out the main reasons that affect their willingness to stay in the city, and puts forward some feasible policy recommendations on the basis of which, in order to promote the rational and orderly flow of rural female population, Promote the development of urbanization in China. This paper uses the method of questionnaire to collect the basic situation of the female floating population in the central and western regions in urban life, combining the previous research results and the existing theoretical results, through the research on the collection of data. Analysis of the factors affecting their willingness to stay in the city. Among them, age, education, marital status, economic income and social security have some influence on the will to stay in the city. Participation in community activities, political participation, confidence, gender discrimination also have a certain impact on the will to stay in the city. Starting with the reform of the institutional level (the household registration system, the social security system, the housing system), we should give full play to the role of the government, various social organizations and community organizations at all levels, and carry out technical training and publicity and education for them. So that they can adapt to the city life, really into the city.
