从建设人口均衡型社会的视角看中国特色统筹解决人口问题的实践——以河南省濮阳市为例

【摘要】：正2009年以来,河南省濮阳市大力实施统筹解决人口问题示范工程,把群众利益作为第一原则,把群众满意作为第一标准,把群众需求作为第一选择,把群众呼声作为第一信号,紧紧围绕广大群众的生产、生活、生育、生殖健康和求知、求富、求福、求美、求乐的需求,大力推进人文型、数字型、惠民型、服务型、健康型和诚信型人口计生建设,树立了良好形象,提高了群众的满意度,促进了人的全面发展,人口均衡发展和家庭健康发展,走出一条科学协调、生态文明的新路子。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, Puyang City, Henan Province, has vigorously implemented the demonstration project of overall planning to solve population problems, taking the interests of the masses as the first principle, the satisfaction of the masses as the first standard, the needs of the masses as the first choice, and the voice of the masses as the first signal. Closely surrounding the broad masses of people's production, life, fertility, reproductive health and the need for knowledge, wealth, well-being, beauty, happiness, and vigorously promote the humanistic, digital, people-friendly, service-oriented, healthy and sincere population family planning construction. It has set up a good image, improved the satisfaction of the masses, promoted the all-round development of human beings, balanced development of population and healthy development of the family, and set out a new way of scientific coordination and ecological civilization.
