新疆兵团区域经济发展对技能型人才需求分析

【摘要】：正胡锦涛同志指出:"没有一流的技工,就没有一流的产品。"技能人才是强国之基,是中国通向制造业强国的阶梯。随着兵团"城镇化、新型工业化和农业现代化"道路的推进,对技能型人才的需求也呈迅速增长趋势。兵团技能人才的现状截止2011年底,兵团全社会就业人员为112.32万人,技能型人才总量为57万余人,占兵团城镇从业人员的50.75%,技能型人才持证率96%以上。

Skilled personnel are the foundation of a powerful country and the ladder of China to a powerful manufacturing power. With the advance of "urbanization, new industrialization and agricultural modernization", the demand for skilled talents is increasing rapidly. As of the end of 2011, the total number of skilled personnel employed in the bingtuan society was one million one hundred and twenty three thousand one hundred and ninety nine, and the total number of skilled personnel was more than five hundred and seventy thousand, accounting for 50.75% of the urban employees in the bingtuan, and more than 96% of the skilled talents were certified.
