人口计生部门推进党的群众路线教育活动要突出“四个注重”

【摘要】：正开展好党的群众路线教育,是党中央提出的重大战略任务。人口计生部门的各级党组织和党员干部应该充分认识到,我们所处的时代是一个大发展大变革的时代,知识创新、知识更新速度大大加快,如果不加强学习,就会落后于时代,就无法在这个时代立足。特别是当前我国人口计生事业已进入新的发展阶段,稳定低生育水平、统筹解决人口问题、构建和谐计生的任务艰巨繁重,新情况、新问题、新矛盾不断涌现,只有进一步加强学习,才能增强推动科学发展、促进社会和谐的本领,在新的历史起点上开创人口计生事业发展的新局面。人口计生部门开展好党的群众路线教育,要紧紧围绕人口计生工作实际,以提高党员思想政治水平为基本目标,以开展创先争优活动为载体,立足于调动党组织和党员学习的积极性,切实做到"四个注重",不断提高全体党员干部的思想政治素质、专业知识水平和履行岗位职责能力,为做好新时期人
[Abstract]:It is an important strategic task put forward by the CPC Central Committee to carry out the education of the party's mass line. Party organizations and party members and cadres at all levels in the population and family planning departments should fully realize that our era is an era of great development and great change, and that the speed of knowledge innovation and knowledge renewal has been greatly accelerated. If we do not strengthen study, we will lag behind the times and will not be able to gain a foothold in this era. Especially at present, the cause of population and family planning in our country has entered a new stage of development, the task of stabilizing low fertility level, solving population problems as a whole, and constructing harmonious family planning is arduous, new situation, new problems and new contradictions are constantly emerging. only by further strengthening learning can we strengthen the ability to promote scientific development, promote social harmony, and create a new situation for the development of population and family planning at a new historical starting point. To carry out the education of the party's mass line well, the population and family planning departments should closely revolve around the reality of population and family planning work, take the improvement of the ideological and political level of the party members as the basic goal, take the activities of creating and striving for excellence as the carrier, base on mobilizing the enthusiasm of the party organizations and party members' study, earnestly achieve the "four pays attention", constantly improve the ideological and political quality, professional knowledge level and the ability to fulfill their duties and duties of all party members and cadres, and do a good job in doing a good job in the new period.
