【摘要】：正慈宁宫及慈宁花园所处区域,按笔者以往考证,在"元大内"应是正衙大明殿所在地,在紫禁城地理形势上有特殊地位。明永乐皇帝营建北京紫禁城,在此地建起皇帝的"西宫"——仁寿宫及前殿"大善殿",而将元代皇宫密宗佛像集中收藏于大善殿。宣德皇帝继位后,明朝出现第一位太后,而且是德高望重的皇太后,宣德皇帝将仁寿宫让给太后居住。明代后来又出现太皇太后、太后两代先帝遗孀并存的局面,逐渐
