【摘要】：正我在中国驻捷克大使馆工作期间,有一次在外交活动中,保加利亚大使向我说: “保加利亚人民对面包有特殊感情, 他们一天都不能离开面包。”我不以为然,心想:面包对其他国家的人民来说,是大众化食品,保加利亚的人民对吃面包有何不同? 后来,我有机会来到这个国家, 深深感到保加利亚人对面包的感情和其他国家大不一样
[Abstract]:While I was working at the Chinese Embassy in the Czech Republic, at one diplomatic event, the Bulgarian Ambassador said to me, "the Bulgarian people have special feelings for bread, they can't leave bread for a day." I don't think so. I thought: bread is a popular food for the people of other countries. How does the Bulgarian people eat bread differently? Later, I had the opportunity to come to this country, and I felt deeply that Bulgarians' feelings for bread were very different from those of other countries.
