明代要塞白羊城

【摘要】：正近几年,到白羊沟自然风景区看古城墙的游客很多,既有登山爱好者,也不乏对边塞险要城墙感兴趣之人。我少年时曾经几次登上白羊城,那时的城墙又高又长又险。如今的白羊城墙早已面目全非了。曾有古人谈论过居庸关南口城的重要地理位置:"北方有事,南口必先受兵。"白羊城距南口城仅有20华里,像南口城那样可以通向关外(口外),恰如南口城的旁门,是仅次于居庸关的重要隘口。白羊城位于白羊沟山口,以西层峦叠嶂,以东则一马平川。随山就势船形城老人们说,明朝时建筑白羊城是为了防备鞑子侵扰。我查阅过有关资料:元代白羊口千户所在昌平县东口置
[Abstract]:In recent years, many tourists have visited the ancient city walls in the Baiyanggou Natural Scenic area, both mountaineering enthusiasts and people interested in the dangerous border fortress.
