再谈西平亭与西平郡城

【摘要】：该文对西汉元鼎年间所设的西平亭的性质、设立时间、位置及其与东汉建安年间所设的西平郡的位置和相关方位做了简要考证,针对不同意见,提出了西平亭与西平郡在方位上有凭依关系,位置在西宁明清城恒之内的学术观点。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a brief textual research on the nature, setting time, location and position of Xiping Pavilion in the period of the Western Han Dynasty and the Tripod period of the Western Han Dynasty, as well as the position and relative position of Xiping County in the Jian'an period of the Eastern Han Dynasty, aiming at different opinions. This paper puts forward the academic viewpoint that Xiping Pavilion and Xiping County are located within the city of Xining Ming and Qing dynasties.
