长春市环城游憩地基本特征研究

【摘要】：从环城游憩地的界定入手,探讨了长春市环城游憩地的形成因素,提出旅游者的需求、投资者的投资意向以及政府的区域政策是其形成的主要因素.在实际调查的基础上,提出了长春市环城游憩地具有四个基本特征:时间上以近年开发建设为主;类型上多为度假游憩地;以中低等级为主;空间上集中分布在城市周边和主要交通线附近.最后,提出了使环城游憩地合理有序发展的三点措施,即根据人们的需求、城市空间扩展的方向以及政府的政策引导游憩地的开发.
[Abstract]:Starting with the definition of the recreation area around the city, this paper probes into the forming factors of the recreation area around the city of Changchun, and points out that the demand of the tourists, the investment intention of the investors and the regional policy of the government are the main factors of its formation.On the basis of the actual investigation, this paper puts forward four basic characteristics of the recreation area around the city of Changchun: the development and construction in recent years, the resort resort in the type, the middle and low grade in the time;Spatial distribution is concentrated around the city and near the main traffic lines.Finally, the paper puts forward three measures for the rational and orderly development of the recreation areas around the city, that is, according to the needs of people, the direction of urban space expansion and the government policies to guide the development of recreational places.
