沈阳市铁西区的历史地理研究

【摘要】:铁西区作为在新中国建国初期对共和国工业化发展做出重要贡献的一个工业区,对中国工业化进程起到了重要的作用,之后随着产业转型,其他相关产业及相关配套产业也不断涌现。对辽宁,乃至东北经济的稳定增长起到了重要作用。对铁西进行历史地理学相关研究,可以对铁西区对辽宁,乃至东北经济的促进,带动,及辐射作用,有更加清晰的认识,了解铁西建区发展的诸多区位因素的相互作用与对周边经济中心的互相影响,并探求这些要素的变化在东北贸易经济中心转移中所起的不同作用,有助于更好地更加深入的理解铁西区的发展区位条件,为铁西的发展提供更好的历史地理方理论支持。本文通过历史地理学相关研究方法,就铁西相关问题进行了历史地理学分析,目标就是在准确把握,了解铁西诸多历史地理区位要素如何相互作用,及其要素对铁西自身发展与周边经济区发展,中心城市发展,乃至东北地区的发展的利弊影响。在客观,严谨的基础上,对这些区位要素进行分析,从而探究出这些要素在铁西发展中起到了何种作用,如何互相作用,探究这些作用影响的好与坏,从而提出相应的对策,为了铁西今后的发展提供理论借鉴铁西对新中国初期工业的发展具有重要的助力,直接支持了新中国工业的腾飞,本文以铁西诸多区位要素入手,研究铁西的自然,人文地理区位条件,铁西的沿革,铁西正式建区前东北政治地理对铁西形成的复杂影响,分析清东铁路,及营口深水港建设计划,大连深水港建设,大连中心主义等诸历史要素对铁西区发展的影响。还有就是探究辽河水运衰落对营口衰落,大连兴起对铁西的利弊。之后在结合档案资料展览馆照片及老照片对铁西区划,功能分区进行探究。还将结合伪满时人资料探究铁西工业区的原料进口,制成品出口及经济腹地。如果有可能的话还将利用大连港海关资料这一新资料,探索铁西区与伪满,日本,附属日元区,及关内经济的联系。最后分析铁西在当时对日本总力战的意义及铁西对东北工业发展的意义。并在历史地理研究的基础上为铁西的发展提供历史地理方面的理论支持。
[Abstract]:Tiexi, as an industrial zone that made important contributions to the industrial development of the Republic in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, played an important role in the process of industrialization in China. Other related industries and related supporting industries are also emerging. Liaoning, and even the northeast of the stable economic growth has played an important role. A study of the historical geography of Tiexi can give a clearer understanding of the promotion, drive, and radiation effect of Tiexi on Liaoning and even the northeast of China. To understand the interaction of many regional factors in the development of Tiexi Construction area and their mutual influence on the surrounding economic centers, and to explore the different roles of the changes of these factors in the transfer of northeast trade and economic centers, It is helpful to better understand the regional conditions of Tiexi and provide better historical and geographical support for the development of Tiexi. Through the research methods of historical geography, this paper makes a historical geography analysis on the related problems of Tiexi, the aim of which is to accurately grasp and understand how many historical geographical location elements of Tiexi interact with each other. The influence of its elements on the development of Tiexi itself, the development of surrounding economic zone, the development of central city, and even the development of Northeast China. On the basis of objective and rigorous analysis of these location elements, this paper explores what role these elements have played in the development of Tiexi, how to interact with each other, and explores the good and bad effects of these effects, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. In order to provide theoretical reference for the development of Tiexi in the future, Tiexi has an important contribution to the development of industry in the early stage of New China, which directly supports the take-off of industry in New China. This paper starts with many location elements of Tiexi, and studies the nature of Tiexi. The location conditions of human geography, the evolution of Tiexi, the complex influence of northeast political geography on the formation of Tiexi before the official establishment of Tiexi, the analysis of the Qingdong Railway, the construction plan of Yingkou Deep Water Port, the construction of Dalian Deep Water Port, The influence of Dalian centralism and other historical factors on the development of Tiexi district. There is also to explore the decline of Liaohe River waterway to Yingkou decline, the rise of Dalian on the advantages and disadvantages of Tiexi. After the combination of archival materials exhibition hall photos and old photos of Tiexi District, functional division to explore. We will also explore the import of raw materials, export of manufactured goods and economic hinterland of Tiexi Industrial Zone. If possible, the new information will also be used to explore the links between Tiexi and the puppet Manchu, Japan, affiliated yen zone, and the customs economy. Finally, the significance of Tiexi to Japan's total force war and the significance of Tiexi to the industrial development of Northeast China were analyzed. On the basis of historical geography research, it provides theoretical support for the development of Tiexi.
