[Abstract]:During his lifetime, Xinxing County was called Xinzhou County. The county belonged to Xiang County in Qin Dynasty, and in the Eastern Jin Dynasty Yonghe County was divided into two new counties in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (357). It belonged to Xinning County. From 424-453 years in the Southern Dynasty to Tianxi County in the Northern Song Dynasty (1020), it was called Xincheng County and Xinzhou County one after another.
