从吏部司官分省配额看明代地缘平衡政治

【摘要】：正吏部司官实行分省配额,这是明代的创制,在明代官员群体地域构成上独具特色,值得探讨。明代吏部司官分省配额几经调整,最终确定为南、北直隶各二员,江、浙等省各一员,两广一员,云贵一员。该制成化时始见端倪,由此一直到隆庆为调适过渡期,虽确已实行,但尚不严格;迨至万历朝,始进入成熟阶段。吏部司官分省配额是明廷地缘平衡政治思想的具体表现和实践,客观上确实起到了维护地方势力平衡、保证铨选公平的作用,但也为官员按籍党争埋下隐患。
[Abstract]:This is the creation of the Ministry of Civil Administration , which is the creation of the Ming Dynasty . It is worth discussing .
