中国影视基地发展研究

【摘要】：20世纪80年代以来,在国外知名影视基地的影响之下,为满足国内影视拍摄制作的需要,我国影视基地建设开始起步,历经三十多年的发展,已经步入快速发展阶段。从发展历程及现状来看,中国影视基地发展呈现资源禀赋支撑、政策支持、文化开发、产业集聚等发展特征,但由于起步较晚、缺乏经验、过度追求规模效益等原因,中国影视基地存在缺乏整体合理规划、忽视区域文化的作用、功能定位不明确、产业链不完整、人才缺失等诸多现实问题。影视产业由于其自身的文化性和传播性被视为一种特殊的文化产业,中国影视基地发展研究有利于我国影视业继续推动文化产业整体又好又快发展,不断满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求,同时有助于促进中国影视基地“速度”与“质量”并重的可持续发展,实现经济效益、文化效益、社会效益、生态环境效益四大效益的协调统一。本文立足于中国影视基地发展的整体,以人地关系、文化整合、旅游可持续发展、产业集群、新产业区等理论作为理论抓手,采用实地调查法、文献分析法、因子分析法等研究方法展开中国影视基地发展研究。全文由绪论、正文、结论与讨论三部分组成,绪论部分主要是研究进行的前期准备工作,包括研究背景、研究意义、研究思路与研究方法、影视基地研究述评。正文由五部分组成,第一部分是基本概念与理论基础,对基本概念进行厘清并确定了研究对象,也奠定了研究的理论基础。第二部分是影视基地发展历程及现状。包括国内外影视基地发展历程、中国影视基地空间分布特征、发展特征、发展中存在的问题。第三部分是影视基地发展影响因素分析。第四部分是中国影视基地发展模式分析。第五部分是中国影视基地发展的对策与建议。论文最后主要对研究结论进行介绍,对研究过程中的重点难点和不足之处进行讨论。经研究,本文认为中国影视基地经历三十多年的发展,无论微观方面还是宏观方面都发生了巨大变化,中国影视基地发展现状折射出的诸多发展问题亟待解决,影视基地发展对策和建议应贴近现阶段的发展实际。影视基地发展影响因素的分析有助于明确影视基地的功能定位及未来发展方向,也是影视基地发展模式构建的前提。影视基地的建立和发展是一项事关内、外部系统多种影响因素及利益主体的庞大而系统的工程,能否根据实际情况构建出自身的影视基地发展模式将是未来影视基地成败的关键。影视基地发展模式应注重各利益主体之间关系的协调,并根据影视基地的外部环境、影响因素以及各利益主体之间关系的变化不断对影视基地发展模式进行优化和调整,实现影视基地的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, under the influence of famous foreign film and television bases, in order to meet the needs of domestic film and television production, the construction of film and television base in China has begun to start, after more than 30 years of development, has entered a rapid development stage. From the perspective of the development process and present situation, the development of China's film and television base shows the characteristics of resource endowment support, policy support, cultural development, industrial agglomeration, but due to the late start, lack of experience, excessive pursuit of scale benefits and other reasons. There are many practical problems in China's film and television bases, such as lack of overall and reasonable planning, neglect of the role of regional culture, unclear function orientation, incomplete industrial chain, lack of talents, and so on. The film and television industry is regarded as a special cultural industry because of its own culture and dissemination, and the research on the development of China's film and television base is conducive to the continued promotion of the cultural industry as a whole and the rapid development of the cultural industry in China. Constantly meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the people, and at the same time help promote the sustainable development of China's film and television base "speed" and "quality", and realize economic, cultural and social benefits. The coordination and unification of the four major benefits of ecological and environmental benefits. Based on the overall development of China's film and television base, this paper takes the theories of human-land relationship, cultural integration, sustainable tourism development, industrial cluster and new industrial district as the theoretical grasp, adopts field investigation method and literature analysis method. Factor analysis and other research methods to launch the development of China's film and television base research. The paper is composed of three parts: introduction, text, conclusion and discussion. The introduction is mainly about the preparatory work of the research, including the research background, the significance of the research, the research ideas and methods, and the review of the research on the film and television base. The text is composed of five parts, the first part is the basic concept and theoretical basis, to clarify the basic concepts and determine the object of study, but also laid a theoretical foundation for the study. The second part is the development course and present situation of film and television base. Including the development process of domestic and foreign film and television bases, the spatial distribution characteristics of Chinese film and television bases, and the problems existing in the development. The third part is the film and television base development influence factor analysis. The fourth part is the analysis of the development mode of Chinese film and television base. The fifth part is the countermeasure and suggestion of the development of Chinese film and television base. At the end of the paper, the main research conclusions are introduced, and the key difficulties and shortcomings in the research process are discussed. Through the research, this paper thinks that the development of China's film and television base has experienced more than 30 years, both micro and macro aspects have undergone tremendous changes, the current situation of China's film and television base development reflects a number of development problems to be solved urgently. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the film and television base should be close to the development reality of the present stage. The analysis of the influencing factors of the development of the film and television base is helpful to clarify the function orientation and the future development direction of the film and television base, and is also the premise of the construction of the development mode of the film and television base. The establishment and development of the film and television base is a huge and systematic project involving a variety of factors affecting the internal and external systems and the main body of interests. Whether or not we can construct our own development mode of film and television base according to the actual situation will be the key to the success or failure of the film and television base in the future. The development mode of the film and television base should pay attention to the coordination of the relations between the main interests, and constantly optimize and adjust the development mode of the film and television base according to the external environment of the film and television base, the influencing factors and the change of the relationship between the various interest subjects. Realize the sustainable development of film and television base.
