乃堆拉山口的2006——西藏边境纪事之七

【摘要】：2006年7月6日,记者在内蒙古呼伦贝尔市鄂温克人的草原上采访。就在那天,几乎所有的主流媒体都报道了远在中印边境西藏亚东发生的一件事:乃堆拉山口通关。67天之后的9月13日,记者穿越内蒙古、甘肃、新疆和西藏的国境线到达西藏阿里的普兰县。在普兰国际(中印、中尼)边贸市场,64岁的印度客商迪旺信拿出一份印刷精美的印度主流新闻杂志,向记者展示其中对乃堆拉山口通关的报道。记者看不懂印地语,但从图文并茂的大篇幅架势上,可以感受到其份量。迪旺信则告诉记者,乃堆拉山口通关使他对中印边贸和友好合作的前景充满信心。82天之后的9月28日,乃堆拉山口本年度最后一个边贸交易日的当晚,记者抵达亚东。
