试析威廉二世时期的德意志海权

【摘要】：19世纪后期,对于统一后的德意志,随着资本主义发展最终需要冲破其地理位置的限制寻求海外市场,但世界殖民地市场却早已被老牌资本主义国家分割完毕,俾斯麦时代所采取的"大陆政策"为主的对外政策已不能满足德意志对外扩张的需要。因此,出于自身国家利益发展的需要,威廉二世时期的德意志积极推行加强海权的政策。但由于其国内专制主义和军国主义的膨胀,其侵略性与资本主义的天然扩张性结合,不合时宜的发动战争,最终导致失败和国家的毁灭。
[Abstract]:In the late 19th century, for the unified Germany, with the development of capitalism, it eventually needed to break through its geographical position to seek overseas markets, but the world colonial market had long been separated by the old capitalist countries. The "continental policy" adopted in Bismarck's time could no longer meet the needs of Germany's foreign expansion. Germany during William II actively pursued the policy of strengthening maritime power. However, due to the expansion of its domestic autocracy and militarism, its aggressiveness combined with the natural expansibility of capitalism, it launched war unseasonably. The ultimate cause of failure and the destruction of the country.
