【摘要】：谢彬(1887-1948),湖南衡阳人,中国近代著名的革命家、学者。晚清民国三千年未有之大变局、国家民族的危机、碰撞交织的中西思想,造就了这位经世致用的革命家兼学者。谢彬一生经历丰富,参加过武昌起义、护国运动、北伐战争、抗日战争等多次革命和战争;同时,他行万里路,游历全国各地,研究边疆问题,毕生著书二十余种。谢彬学识通达渊博,其著作涵盖政治学、经济学、历史学、边疆学等领域,其中谢彬对中国边疆的研究颇为丰富细致。谢彬的边疆研究几乎涉及了清末民初时所有的边疆问题,他通过讨论历史上中国政府在边疆内政外交方面的政策得失,总结边疆治理、交涉时应注意的问题,以资未来处理边疆问题参考;他考察边疆历史地理、风土人情、资源环境,以资政治上、经济上、文化上研究参考。维护国家领土主权的统一是谢彬边疆研究的目的,在研究方法上他注重将实地考察与文献图籍研究结合,相较以往的边疆研究得到了更为准确、精致的研究成果。谢彬边疆研究的著述集中在二十世纪二三十年代出版,且皆多次再版,对当时中国的边疆政治研究和决策具有重要参考价值。本文以谢彬的边疆研究为研究对象,论文由五个部分组成:绪论部分阐述了关于谢彬及其边疆研究的研究概况和价值,并对论文采用的研究方法、创新与不足之处进行说明。第一章对谢彬生平进行介绍。谢彬的教育、工作经历和性格特点是促成他偏重边疆研究的主要原因。第二章讨论了谢彬关于边疆主权问题的研究。谢彬认为传统的领土观念和虚弱的国家实力导致了中国近代领土主权迭迭丧失。第三章通过梳理谢彬边疆治理的研究,总结了谢彬全面治理边疆,进而巩固国防、捍卫国家领土主权的思想。第四章系统地分析了谢彬边疆研究的目的、方法、思想特点和价值。
[Abstract]:Xie Bingbin, born in Hengyang, Hunan Province, a famous revolutionary and scholar in modern China. Great changes in the history of the late Qing and the Republic of China, the crisis of the nation and the collision of Chinese and Western thoughts, This revolutionary and scholar, who has been useful to the world, has experienced a lot in his life and participated in many revolutions and wars such as the Wuchang uprising, the national defense movement, the Northern Expedition and the Anti-Japanese War. At the same time, he traveled thousands of miles and traveled all over the country. He has written more than 20 books in his life. Xie Bin's works cover political science, economics, history, frontier science, and so on. Among them, Xie Bin's studies on China's frontier areas are rich and meticulous. Xie Bin's frontier studies almost involved all the frontier issues in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. He discussed the gains and losses of the Chinese government's domestic and foreign policies in the frontier areas in history. Summing up the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of border administration and negotiations, so as to make reference to the future handling of border issues; he inspected the historical geography, local customs, resources and environment of the frontier areas, as well as the political and economic aspects of the border areas. Cultural research reference. Safeguarding the unity of national territory and sovereignty is the purpose of Xie Bin's study of frontier areas. In the research method, he pays attention to the combination of field investigation and documentary and cartographic study, which is more accurate than previous frontier studies. Refined research results. Xie Bin's works on frontier studies were published in the 1920s and 1930s, and were republished many times. This paper takes Xie Bin's frontier research as the research object, and the thesis is composed of five parts: the introduction part expounds the general situation and value of the research on Xie Bin and his borderland research. The first chapter introduces the life of Xie Bin. Work experience and personality characteristics are the main reasons for his emphasis on frontier research. Chapter two discusses Xie Bin's research on frontier sovereignty. Xie Bin believes that the traditional concept of territory and weak national strength lead to China's proximity. The third chapter, by combing the study of Shebin's border governance, This paper summarizes Xie Bin's thoughts of comprehensively governing the frontier, consolidating national defense and defending national territorial sovereignty. Chapter 4th systematically analyzes the purpose, method, ideological characteristics and value of the study of Xie Bin's frontier.
