“六经皆史”的近现代误读

【摘要】：“六经皆史”是宋代以来理学与史学相互碰撞的理论产物。程朱理学认为,六经承载着天理,而史学则只是对过去事件的记录,是形下之器,它与六经相比,不值得重视。作为对理学家“经以载道”及“经先史后”论的回应,宋明史学家提出,六经只是三代之史,因而不仅仅六经,广义的史学都承载着天理。清人章学诚的“六经皆史”彻底打破了六经对天理的垄断,赋予了史学以同样的达道功能。然而,近代以来,“六经皆史”却被严重地“误读”,它不仅被解读为“六经皆史料”,而且还被赋予了反封建主义的“先进”意义。
[Abstract]:The six Classics is the theoretical product of the collision between Neo-Confucianism and historiography since the Song Dynasty. Cheng Zhu Neo-Confucianism believes that the six Classics carry the theory of heaven, while historiography is only a record of past events, and is a device of the form, which is not worth paying attention to compared with the six Classics. In response to the Neo-Confucianism 's theory of "the Tao" and "the history before the classics", Song Ming historians put forward that the six classics are only the history of three generations, so they are not only the six classics, but also the broad sense of historiography. The Qing Dynasty Zhang Xuecheng's "six Classics are History" completely broke the monopoly of the six Classics on the theory of heaven and endowed the historiography with the same function of reaching the Tao. However, since modern times, "six Classics are History" has been misread seriously, which is not only interpreted as "six Classics are Historical Materials", but also endowed with the "advanced" meaning of anti-feudalism.
