[Abstract]:From October 18 to 21, 2009, the symposium "Russian Development Road: history and reality" was held in Guilin by the Institute of History, Culture and Tourism of Guangxi normal University, hosted by the Eastern European History Research Association of the USSR. Dozens of scholars from scientific research institutions and institutions of higher learning across the country have discussed the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union after the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe.
