【摘要】：自20世纪末期以来,经济全球化已经成为了整个世界经济向前发展的主趋势,世界各国也正从这样的趋势中获益,尤其是发展中国家,经济全球化给发展中国家带来了更为先进的理念、技术、文化以及更加广阔的市场空间,中国和印度两国就是在这样的背景下通过对自身的改革与对外的开放迅速发展起来的两个发展中国家并日益在国际舞台上扮演越来越重要的角色,但是伴随着经济的快速增长，很多其他方面的问题也凸显出来，环境问题、产业结构问题等等都成为了经济继续向前发展的绊脚石，，经济社会协调发展的概念走上历史舞台，本文旨在通过对中印两国经济社会发展下四个大方面的对比分析来剖析我国经济社会发展所存在的深层次问题，并提出改善意见，为我国经济社会发展转型提供借鉴。本文的主要研究内容共分为以下九个部分，第一部分绪论主要是对于文章的选题背景、意义以及研究方法和内容等方面对文章整体情况进行阐述；第二部分是理论综述部分，详细阐述了国内外关于经济社会发展水平的研究现状，并提出了本文的理论来源人类发展指数,并对人类发展指数的发展历程与现状进行了阐述。第三部分是指标体系构建部分，首先对经济与社会发展的定义进行了界定，并总结了构建指标体系应遵循的原则，然后在此基础上对经济社会发展水平评价指标体系进行构建并说明经济社会发展水平的计算方法；第四、五、六、七部分分别是针对评价指标体系中教育科技水平、医疗卫生水平、经济发展水平、可持续发展水平四个方面来对两国进行对比分析，剖析两国在经济社会发展各个不同方面存在的优劣势；第八部分是本文的总结部分，主要是针对以上四个方面的分析进行总结分析，找出我国经济社会发展中仍存在的不足并提出建议和对策。第九部分结论部分，是在第八章总结分析的基础上，形成本文结论并对未来的发展情况提出设想。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the twentieth Century, economic globalization has become the main trend of the world economic development, all countries in the world are to benefit from this trend, especially in developing countries, economic globalization has brought more advanced concepts and technology to developing countries, as well as the broader market space, Chinese and India between the two countries is in such under the background of reform and opening up by two developing countries on their own with foreign developed rapidly and increasingly playing an increasingly important role in the international arena, but along with the rapid economic growth, many other issues are also prominent, environmental problems, industrial structure and so have become a stumbling block to economic continued development the concept of coordinated development of economy and society on the stage of history, this article aims to India Economic and social development four A comparative analysis is made to analyze the deep-seated problems of China's economic and social development, and put forward suggestions for improvement so as to provide reference for China's economic and social transformation.
The main content of this paper is divided into nine parts, the first part of the introduction is mainly about the background, significance and research methods and content of the article elaborates on the overall situation; the second part is the theory summary part, elaborated the research status at home and abroad on the level of economic and social development, and put forward in this paper, the theoretical source of the human development index, and the history and present situation of the human development index were discussed. The third part is the construction of index system, firstly the definition of economic and social development are analyzed and summarized the principle of index system construction, and then on the basis of economic and social development level evaluation index system construction and calculation method of the level of economic and social development; fourth, fifth, six, seven part is in view of the education evaluation index system The level of science and technology, medical and health level, the level of economic development, the sustainable development level of the four aspects of the comparative analysis of the two countries, there are two different aspects in the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various economic and social development; the eighth part is the concluding part of this paper, mainly analyzed according to the analysis of the above four aspects, there are still problems I find in the development of social economy and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures. The ninth part is the conclusion, in the eighth chapter based on the analysis of the formation of the conclusion of this paper and put forward suggestion for future development.
