美国东亚战略的演变与中国的策略

【摘要】：东亚地区由于其特殊的地理位置,自古以来就是世界主要大国利益的交汇点。美国的东亚战略自古以来就不是一成不变的。随着当前东亚地区新兴大国的崛起,东亚地区世界新经济增长中心地位的凸显,美国开始将战略中心从欧洲向亚洲转移。新一轮美国东亚战略带来的不仅是美国与东亚各国间关系的新变化,更将导致世界格局的转变。当前,中国的和平崛起,使得亚洲经济体再度成为世界瞩目的焦点。中国作为东亚地区内新兴大国,必将成为影响美国新东亚战略的关键性因素。本文在对东亚概念进行界定后,着力研究美国东亚战略的演变、新动向和原因,最后从中国和平崛起的角度提出了应对美国新东亚战略的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Due to its special geographical position, East Asia has been the intersection of the interests of the major powers in the world since ancient times. The East Asian strategy of the United States has not remained unchanged since ancient times. With the prominence of the new economic growth center in the East Asia region, the United States began to shift the strategic center from Europe to Asia. The new round of American East Asia strategy brings not only a new change in the relations between the United States and East Asian countries. At present, the peaceful rise of China makes Asian economies become the focus of the world attention again. China is an emerging power in East Asia. After defining the concept of East Asia, this paper focuses on the evolution, new trends and reasons of American East Asia strategy. Finally, from the point of view of China's peaceful rise, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the new East Asia strategy of the United States.
