国际安全结构视角下的中俄合作分析

【摘要】：自2008年金融危机爆发以来,国际经济安全威胁加大,经济政治化趋势加强,各国维护传统安全的力量增强,非传统安全威胁的方式多样,这种国际安全结构的变化预示着国际合作的外部环境发生改变,对世界各国已经形成的国际合作局面构成冲击。中俄合作在经济、政治、社会及文化等领域受到国际安全环境变化的影响,合作渠道、内容与方式面临挑战,同时,中俄合作也存在双方政治关系稳定发展、经济合作互补和文化交流历史渊源深厚等优势,面临进一步深化的机遇。中俄合作在金融合作、信息产业、文化交流、地区与城市合作等领域前景广阔。
[Abstract]:Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, the threat to international economic security has increased, the trend of economic politicization has been strengthened, the strength of countries to maintain traditional security has been strengthened, and the ways of threats to non-traditional security have varied. This change in the structure of international security indicates a change in the external environment for international cooperation, which has impacted the situation of international cooperation that has been formed by all countries in the world. Sino-Russian cooperation is in the economic and political fields. Social and cultural fields are affected by changes in the international security environment, and the channels, contents and methods of cooperation are facing challenges. At the same time, there is also a steady development of political relations between China and Russia. Economic cooperation and cultural exchanges have strong historical roots, and they face opportunities for further deepening. Sino-Russian cooperation has broad prospects in the fields of financial cooperation, information industry, cultural exchanges, and regional and urban cooperation.
