中国参与国际体系的历史进程回顾

【摘要】：正新中国成立之初,由于国际环境的影响,中国无法获得联合国的合法席位,也被其他重要的国际组织如国际货币基金组织、世界银行、关贸总协定拒之门外,成为国际体系的游离者。因此,中国更加坚定地转向社会主义体系。1971年,中国恢复在联合国的合法席位,标志着中国开始融入国际体系。1980年,中国恢复了在国际货币基金组织和世界银行的合法席位,开始参与多边国际经济组织的新进程。80年代后期,中国基本上参与了所有重要的国际组织,开始建立与各项国
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, due to the influence of the international environment, China was unable to obtain a legitimate seat in the United Nations. It was also shut out by other important international organizations such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and the General Agreement on tariffs and Trade. China became a free agent of the international system. As a result, China turned more firmly to the socialist system. In 1971, China resumed its legitimate seat at the United Nations, marking the beginning of its integration into the international system. China resumed its legitimate seats in the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, and began to participate in the new process of multilateral international economic organizations in the late 1980s.
