【摘要】：正分析和解读"一带一路"倡议需要有不同的学科视角。经济学家说,"一带一路"符合经济规律,"要想富,先修路",基础设施建设是发展的必要条件。政治学家或者国际关系学者认为,"一带一路"是中国政府的国际战略,由政府强力推动,他们注重解释政府的意愿和方式是什么。我将"一带一路"与中欧关系联系起来,并从世界力量格局变化的角度进行解释。这里的关键词是"变化",因为世界在发生深刻变化,任何事物都会发生变化,变化不胜枚举。中国在变,欧洲在变,通过"一带一路"的战略链接,中欧关系也必然充满变化。变化有数量、质量、现象、结构之分,体现了
[Abstract]:The analysis and interpretation of Belt and Road's initiative requires a variety of disciplinary perspectives. Economists say that Belt and Road is in line with the economic law, and that "want to be rich," Building roads first, infrastructure construction is a necessary condition for development. Political scientists or international relations scholars believe that Belt and Road is the international strategy of the Chinese government, which is strongly promoted by the government. They focus on explaining what the government wants and how it works. I associate "Belt and Road" with China-EU relations and explain it from the perspective of the changing world power pattern. The key word here is "change," because the world is undergoing profound changes. China is changing, Europe is changing, and China-EU relations are bound to be full of changes through Belt and Road's strategic link. The changes are divided into quantity, quality, phenomenon and structure.
