中国对欧盟外交现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】：对外交往工作一直是中国共产党和中国政府的工作重心之一。在当前世界的战略格局中，欧盟由于其自身的独特性和强大的综合实力，被普遍认为是世界的一极，具有举足轻重的地位,在世界范围内具有极高的话语权。因此中国政府一向十分重视同欧盟的来往。近年来，双方在经济，政治，军事，科技，教育，文化，卫生等方面来往越发频繁，高层以及民间互访不断，加深了双方的了解，增进了矛盾的谅解。面对风云变幻的国际形势，如何掌握正确形势，因势利导的来维护我方根本利益就成了一个重要问题。当前，和平与发展依然是时代的主题，但伴随着双方来往的不断深化，由于利益以及意识形态上的差异，，也产生了诸多问题。在欧盟内部也不断出现针对中国的不和谐的声音。但同时欧盟在解决国际以及地区问题的时候又离不开中国的参与，所以中欧双方的态势就是既合作又斗争。这就需要来自中国的智慧，合则两利，斗则两伤。本文尝试从三个方面对中欧之间目前存在的主要问题以及相应对策做出了论述。第一部分主要阐述了中欧之间关系发展的历史以及重要性。第二部分讲的是当前中欧之间存在的主要问题。论文的主体部分是第三部分，写的是中欧之间存在的主要问题的相应的对策研究。希望以此为政府的决策，学术界的讨论提出一些参考性的建议。
[Abstract]:Foreign contacts have always been one of the focuses of the work of the CPC and the Chinese government. In the current world strategic pattern, the European Union is generally regarded as a pole of the world because of its unique characteristics and strong comprehensive strength. The Chinese government has always attached great importance to its contacts with the European Union. In recent years, the two sides have played an important role in economic, political, military, scientific, technological, educational, cultural, Health and other areas have become more frequent, and high-level and non-governmental exchanges of visits have deepened mutual understanding and enhanced the understanding of contradictions. In the face of the changing international situation, how to grasp the correct situation? It has become an important issue to defend our fundamental interests in the light of the situation. At present, peace and development are still the themes of the times, but with the deepening of exchanges between the two sides, due to differences in interests and ideologies, There are also many problems. Discordant voices against China continue to appear within the EU. But at the same time, the EU cannot solve international and regional problems without China's participation. Therefore, the situation between China and Europe is both cooperation and struggle. This requires the wisdom of China. This paper attempts to discuss the main problems and corresponding countermeasures between China and Europe from three aspects. The first part mainly expounds the history and importance of the development of Sino-European relations. The main part of the thesis is the third part. This paper is about the corresponding countermeasures of the main problems between China and Europe. It is hoped that this will be used as a reference for the government's decision making and the discussion of the academic circles.
