【摘要】：2009年10月9日,挪威诺贝尔奖委员会宣布将2009年度诺贝尔和平奖授予美国总统奥巴马。诺贝尔委员会说,授予奥巴马诺贝尔和平奖以表彰其“致力于加强世界外交和世界人民之间的合作所做的非凡努力”。奥巴马获得诺贝尔和平奖有其个人因素,他的明星效应和亲和力,他关于“无核世界”、“多伙伴世界”等一系列理念与世界和平发展息息相关；奥巴马上台后,摒弃了布什政府的单边主义,在削减核武器、解决核问题争端、应对气候变化、推进中东和平等一系列全球性问题上采取了积极努力的姿态。但是美国因素或许才是奥巴马获奖的关键所在,尽管阿富汗和伊拉克战争损害了美国的国际形象,金融危机进一步损害了美国的国际地位,但有一点不得不承认,美国仍然是世界上举足轻重的力量,美国的强大和领导地位在很大程度上决定了世界的现在和未来,作为当今世界的唯一超级大国,美国在维护世界和平方面负有更主要的责任与义务。诺贝尔和平委员会希望和平奖促使奥巴马践行领导世界必须要基于全世界大多数人民的价值观和态度的外交理念,继续推动美国走上和平发展道路,授予奥巴马这个和平奖,更多的是寄托了诺贝尔和平委员会对美国的未来期待。这是一种以鼓励方式表达的鞭策和压力。但是如果奥巴马和他的美国无法实现他早前做出的和平承诺,那么2009年的诺贝尔和平奖就失去了其现实意义。
[Abstract]:On October 9th 2009, the Norwegian Nobel Committee announced that it would award the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize to U.S. President Barack Obama. Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in recognition of his "extraordinary efforts to strengthen world diplomacy and cooperation among the world's peoples." Obama's winning the Nobel Peace Prize has its own personal factors, his star effect and affinity. His ideas about a "nuclear-free world" and "multi-partner world" are closely related to the peaceful development of the world. Has abandoned the Bush administration's unilateralism, is reducing nuclear weapons, resolving nuclear disputes, and tackling climate change. He has taken a positive stance on a range of global issues, such as promoting Middle East peace. But the American factor may be the key to Obama's award, even though the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq have damaged the international image of the United States. The financial crisis has further damaged the international position of the United States, but it must be acknowledged that the United States is still a pivotal force in the world, and that the strength and leadership of the United States determine to a large extent the present and future of the world. As the sole superpower in the world today, the United States has a more important responsibility and obligation in maintaining world peace. The Nobel Peace Committee hopes that the Peace Prize will encourage Obama to continue to put the United States on the path of peaceful development and to award the Peace Prize to Obama in a diplomatic philosophy that must be based on the values and attitudes of the majority of the world's people. More on the Nobel Peace Committee's expectation of the future of the United States. It's a kind of encouragement and pressure. But if Obama and his America fail to live up to the peace promises he made earlier, Then in 2009 the Nobel Peace Prize lost its practical significance.
