越南南海侵渔政策探析

【摘要】：越南统一后,对我国南沙群岛、西沙群岛及相关海域提出主权要求,并不断出台法律和政策措施鼓励渔民赴南海侵渔以"宣示"其所谓的主权。越南的南海侵渔政策无疑是对我国南海权益的侵犯,增加了我国南海维权的复杂性、艰巨性。我国应采取措施针锋相对,及时揭露越南南海侵渔政策的目的、企图;加强海上渔业执法队伍建设,严格执法;发挥我国渔民在维护南海权益中的作用,切实有效维护南海权益。
[Abstract]:After the reunification of Vietnam, it made a claim for sovereignty over China's Nansha Islands, Xisha Islands and related sea areas, And continue to introduce laws and policies and measures to encourage fishermen to "declare" their so-called sovereignty over fishing in the South China Sea.
