中国与印尼关系发展中软实力的提升及华侨华人的推动作用

【摘要】: 近年来,随着中国国力的增强及“和谐世界”外交战略的实施,尤其是睦邻外交政策的推行,中国在国际上的软实力逐渐上升。对于中国软实力或华侨华人问题的各自探讨虽早已受到学术界的关注,但目前还没有学者从华侨华人角度来探讨中国软实力。本文试作这方面的初步尝试,以印尼作为案例,首先从中印尼关系发展历程出发,从中提炼出不同时期中国软实力在印尼的特点及表现,然后重点阐述了华侨华人对中国在印尼软实力提升中的推动作用,全面论述了华侨华人在其中发挥作用所面临的困难与挑战,为华侨华人更好地在当地生存和发展,为我国外交、侨务部门开展在印尼的软实力工作提供参考意见和建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the strengthening of China's national strength and the implementation of the "harmonious world" diplomatic strategy, especially the implementation of the foreign policy of good-neighbourliness, China's soft power in the international arena is gradually rising. Although the respective discussions on China's soft power or the issue of overseas Chinese and ethnic Chinese have long attracted the attention of the academic community, However, at present, no scholars have explored China's soft power from the perspective of overseas Chinese. This paper tries to make a preliminary attempt in this respect, taking Indonesia as a case, starting from the development of Sino-Indonesian relations. The characteristics and performance of China's soft power in Indonesia in different periods were extracted from China, and then the role of overseas Chinese in promoting China's promotion of soft power in Indonesia was expounded. This paper comprehensively discusses the difficulties and challenges that the overseas Chinese and Chinese people face in playing a role in it, and provides reference and suggestions for the better survival and development of the overseas Chinese in the local area and for the development of the soft power work in Indonesia by the Chinese diplomatic and overseas Chinese Affairs departments.
