以“希望”构建人类命运共同体——中国道路的启示

【摘要】：建立公正合理的世界新秩序是发展中国家的战略诉求。然而,当代文化的、政治的、国家的认同研究却表明新秩序将受困于民族利益,暗示了不存在多极化力量主导的世界新秩序。阿尔都塞的意识形态理论启示我们:新中国的形象正是发展中国家改变自身命运的缩影。作为多民族国家,新中国的成就表明:不同民族间改变世界诉求的相容性与精神中存在的普遍"空缺"密切相关,这种"空缺"来自于对不利生存现状的否定和对美好幸福生活的期望(想象),转化为联系各个民族的共同理想,即"民族独立"、"个人幸福"与"民族复兴"。其中,产业工人、农民以及大学生对"梦想"话语的认同及践行,完成了对他人的导引,使更多的人参与其中,汇聚成强大的行动力量,令中国的面貌焕然一新。因此,展望21世纪,中国道路的启示在于:我国要积极构建中国在世界舞台的形象,完善以发展为主题的希望话语体系,广泛凝聚世界各国力量,促成人类命运共同体。
[Abstract]:The establishment of a just and reasonable new world order is the strategic demand of developing countries. However, contemporary cultural, political, and national identity studies show that the new order will be trapped in the national interest. It implies that there is no new world order dominated by multipolar forces. Althusser's ideological theory enlightens us: the image of New China is a microcosm of developing countries changing their own destinies. The achievements of the people's Republic of China show that the compatibility of changing the world demands among different peoples is closely related to the general "vacancy" in the spirit. This kind of "vacancy" comes from the negation of the unfavorable living situation and the expectation of a better and happy life (imagination), which translates into a common ideal linked to each nationality, namely, "national independence", "individual happiness" and "national rejuvenation". Among them, industrial workers, The recognition and practice of the "dream" discourse by farmers and college students have completed the guidance to others, enabled more people to participate in it, assembled into a powerful force of action, and brought a new look to China. Therefore, looking forward to 21th century, The enlightenment of China's road lies in: China should actively construct the image of China on the world stage, perfect the system of hope discourse with the theme of development, extensively unite the power of all countries in the world, and promote the community of human destiny.
