【摘要】：中美关系作为世界上最复杂、也是最重要的双边关系之一,对地区乃至全球局势的发展与变化都有着重要的作用。中美关系的发展与美国对华战略有着密不可分的联系,因此,对美国对华战略的研究向来是学术界研究的重点领域。随着国际形势的变化,美国政府的更迭,美国对华战略也在不断调整当中。如何通过美国对华战略透析美国对中国的战略目标及定位、对华态度与政策导向,把脉未来的中美关系则是本文展开研究的出发点。本文将就奥巴马政府上任以来的美国对华战略的调整及未来发展展开分析。通过美国战略利益及战略目标的界定,美国全球及亚太地区战略目标的实施,得出美国对华战略的根本出发点。通过对小布什政府及奥巴马政府对华战略的对比分析,得出后者对华战略的特点,并分析这一战略调整的深层次原因。通过调查综合分析奥巴马政府未来对华战略的三个主要维度,并在此基础上提出未来美国对华战略发展的几点思考。
[Abstract]:As one of the most complex and important bilateral relations in the world, Sino-US relations play an important role in the development and change of the regional and even global situation. The study of American strategy towards China has always been the focus of academic research. With the changes in the international situation and the change of the US government, the US strategy towards China is also constantly being adjusted. How to analyze the US strategic objectives and positioning towards China, its attitude towards China and its policy direction through the US strategy towards China? Looking at the future of Sino-American relations is the starting point of this study. This paper will analyze the adjustment and future development of the US strategy towards China since the Obama administration took office. Through the definition of the US strategic interests and strategic objectives, the implementation of the US global and Asia-Pacific strategic objectives will be carried out. Through the comparative analysis of the Bush administration and the Obama administration's strategy towards China, we can draw the characteristics of the latter's strategy towards China. This paper analyzes the deep reasons of this strategic adjustment, analyzes the three main dimensions of Obama administration's future strategy towards China through investigation, and puts forward some thoughts on the future development of American strategy towards China.
