交往行动、战略对话与中国负责任大国身份建构

【摘要】：哈贝马斯的交往行动理论可以被运用到身份研究当中。根据这一理论,施动者之间是在一个共同的生活世界当中通过争论、商议和劝说的过程来交换理由和论据的,也就是说,争论的双方都拥有平等的地位。这种商议和争论的结果有可能是双方之间就一个特定的问题形成了共识,也可能是双方之间由于分歧过大而各自保留自身的论点,但是在交往行动中互动的任何一方都有可能被对方所提供的更好的论据所说服。作者结合中美战略与经济对话,分析了中国通过这一机制来为自身建构一种负责任大国身份的过程。在这一机制当中,中美两国之间就相互的国际责任和身份定位等问题进行了争论,并且在各自保留异议的基础上达成了一定的共识。中国通过中美战略与经济对话在一定程度上减少了美国对中国的疑虑,并且使自我的身份定位在一定程度上被美国所接受。同时,作为一种理论工具,交往行动理论也有助于推动对中国同其他国家的各种双边和多边对话机制的进一步深入研究,从而对中国同相关国家开展战略对话具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Habermas's theory of communicative action can be applied to identity research. According to this theory, the actors exchange arguments and arguments through the process of argument, negotiation and persuasion in a common world of life. Both sides of the dispute have equal status. The result of this negotiation and argument may be a consensus between the two sides on a particular issue, or a disagreement between the two sides, which may lead each side to retain its own arguments, But any party that interacts in a relationship is likely to be persuaded by the better arguments offered by the other. The author combines the strategic and economic dialogue between China and the United States. This paper analyzes the process of China's establishment of a responsible power identity for itself through this mechanism. In this mechanism, China and the United States argue over the issues of mutual international responsibility and identity orientation. And reached a certain consensus on the basis of their respective reservations. China, through the China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue, to a certain extent reduced the US misgivings about China. At the same time, as a theoretical tool, the theory of interaction and action also helps to promote further research into the various bilateral and multilateral dialogue mechanisms between China and other countries. Therefore, it has important guiding significance for China to carry out strategic dialogue with relevant countries.
