反恐背景下的群体偏见及其对策

【摘要】：近些年,在许多深受恐怖主义侵害的国家中,都或多或少出现将恐怖主义与特定种族、宗教或地域相挂钩,进而不平等对待特定群体人员的现象,给各国深化反恐怖斗争增加了新的挑战。反恐背景下社会对特定群体的偏见,是恐怖主义客观事实累积、公众认知惯习和社会信息误导共同作用而产生错误归因认知的结果。对此,应先从理论上纠正关于恐怖主义归因的错误认知,同时采取主动措施,通过增加正向了解和减少负向关联,逐步消除社会中因"恐"所致的特定群体偏见。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in many countries that have been severely affected by terrorism, there has been a more or less tendency to link terrorism to particular races, religions or regions, which has resulted in unequal treatment of persons belonging to specific groups,It has added new challenges to deepening the fight against terrorism.The prejudice of society against certain groups in the context of anti-terrorism is the result of the accumulation of objective facts of terrorism, the common action of public cognitive habit and misguided social information, and the result of false attributional cognition.In view of this, we should first correct the wrong cognition about the attribution of terrorism in theory, and take active measures to gradually eliminate the prejudice of certain groups caused by "terror" in the society by increasing the positive understanding and reducing the negative correlation.
