美印网络安全合作的新进展与发展趋势

【摘要】：网络安全是美印合作中的又一关键领域。2015年8月11-12日,美印第四轮网络对话在华盛顿举行。这是两国自2006年1月中断网络对话近10年之后首次重启。相互的利益需求是美印网络安全合作日趋机制化并逐渐深化的根本推动因素。本文将首先梳理美印网络安全合作的发展现状,然后分析两国网络安全合作的内在动因和客观基础,并对两国网络安全合作的发展前景进行研判。
[Abstract]:On August 11 - 12 , 2015 , the fourth round of U.S . - India network dialogue was held in Washington . It was the first time that the two countries resumed their network dialogue in January 2006 for the first time since the last 10 years . The mutual interests demand is the fundamental driving factor for the development of network security cooperation in India and India . This paper will first sort out the development status quo of network security cooperation in India and India , and then analyze the intrinsic motivation and objective basis of the network security cooperation of the two countries , and then study the development prospect of the cooperation between the two countries .
