中日经济关系现状与前景分析

【摘要】：中日经济关系是中日关系的重要组成部分,是维系双边关系稳定的重要物质基础。自1972年以来,中日经济关系已经发展成为世界最为重要的双边经济关系之一,不仅对亚洲地区经济,同时也对世界经济产生了重要影响。但是2012年以来,双边经济关系出现了新变化。本文旨在通过对中日经济关系数据的梳理与分析,充实和加深对于中日经济关系现状的认识,并在此基础上对中日经济关系前景进行展望。贸易关系和投资关系是中日经济关系的两个重要组成部分,本文主要从这两个方面对中日经济关系的历史、现状和前景进行了分析。回顾中日经济关系历史,两国经贸关系好于政治关系,总体上保持了稳定和持续增长的态势;经济关系并不一定总是受到政治关系的冲击,即使政治关系恶化影响两国经济关系也是短时间的,两国经济关系很快恢复。2012年中日钓鱼岛领土争端和中日因实力对比变化而导致的结构性矛盾使两国政治关系迅速恶化,加之两国国民情感的敌视,中日经济关系无法独善其身,政治关系对经济关系的影响呈现新的态势:程度变深,影响时间更长。经过近两年的中日经贸关系下降,缓慢恢复的态势开始显现,日本对华投资下降的同时,中国对日投资逐渐增多。基于地缘因素,中日关系保持战略互惠关系符合中日两国的利益,而经济关系成为两国政治关系恢复的晴雨表,更是两国关系发展的根基与动力,对日经济外交既是中国处理对日关系的战略问题,也是保持中日经济关系稳定发展的具体问题。
[Abstract]:Sino-Japanese economic relations are an important part of Sino-Japanese relations and an important material basis to maintain the stability of bilateral relations. Since 1972, Sino-Japanese economic relations have developed into one of the most important bilateral economic relations in the world. But since 2012, bilateral economic relations have changed. The purpose of this paper is to enrich and deepen the understanding of the present situation of Sino-Japanese economic relations by combing and analyzing the data of Sino-Japanese economic relations, and on this basis to prospect the prospects of Sino-Japanese economic relations. Trade relations and investment relations are two important parts of Sino-Japanese economic relations. This paper mainly analyzes the history, present situation and prospect of Sino-Japanese economic relations from these two aspects. Looking back on the history of Sino-Japanese economic relations, economic and trade relations between the two countries have been better than political ones, and have generally maintained a stable and sustained growth trend; economic relations have not always been impacted by political relations, Even if the deterioration of political relations affects economic relations between the two countries for a short time, the economic relations between the two countries will soon resume. The 2012 Sino-Japanese territorial dispute over the Diaoyu Islands and the structural contradictions between China and Japan caused by changes in the balance of power between the two countries have rapidly deteriorated the political relations between the two countries. Combined with the hostility of the two countries' national feelings, the economic relations between China and Japan can not be isolated, and the influence of political relations on economic relations presents a new trend: the degree becomes deeper and the influence time is longer. After two years of decline in economic and trade relations between China and Japan, the trend of slow recovery has begun to show. While Japanese investment in China has declined, China's investment in Japan has gradually increased. On the basis of geographical factors, it is in the interest of China and Japan to maintain strategic and mutually beneficial relations between China and Japan, while economic relations have become a barometer of the restoration of political relations between the two countries, and are also the foundation and driving force for the development of bilateral relations. Economic diplomacy to Japan is not only a strategic issue for China to handle its relations with Japan, but also a concrete problem for maintaining the stable development of Sino-Japanese economic relations.
