【摘要】：正城市外交是指城市政府在国家主权和总体外交战略的框架内,为实现国家总体发展战略、推进城市建设发展,在中央政府的授权或政策指导下所从事的国际交往活动。近年来,成都始终围绕着坚持服务中央总体外交、服务地方经济社会发展、服务地方日益增长的国际交往需求来开展城市外交实践,从注重"获得"向积极"给予"且互助共赢转型,以建设全面体现新发展
[Abstract]:Positive city diplomacy refers to the international communication activities carried out by the city government under the authorization or policy guidance of the central government in order to realize the overall national development strategy and promote the development of urban construction within the framework of national sovereignty and overall diplomatic strategy. In recent years, Chengdu has been carrying out urban diplomatic practice around the adherence to serve the overall diplomacy of the central government, to serve the local economic and social development, and to serve the growing international communication needs of the local authorities. From focusing on "getting" to "giving" and helping each other to make a win-win transition, so as to build a comprehensive reflection of the new development.
