简析安倍政府国际秩序构想及实质

【摘要】：安倍政府的国际秩序构想,主要包括以价值观外交为旗帜、创建海洋国家联盟和维护由发达国家主导的国际经济秩序三个基本内容。这是其构建国际新秩序的三驾马车,三者之间彼此关联,相互依托。其目的是维护日本的既得利益,试图由日本主导亚太和印度洋地区的未来发展,但损害了地区之内中国等发展中国家的利益。它带有很强的对抗性和针对性,是冷战对立政策在新世纪的某种延续和翻版,实质是以国家实力为基础,通过维持和组建国际政治、安全和经济联盟,谋划地区和世界的领导地位,追求日本国家利益最大化的现实主义外交与国际秩序架构。
[Abstract]:Abe's conception of international order mainly includes three basic contents: to establish the alliance of maritime nations and to maintain the international economic order dominated by developed countries under the banner of value diplomacy. This is its construction of the new international order of the troika, the three are interrelated and rely on each other. The aim is to safeguard Japan's vested interests and try to lead the future development of the Asia-Pacific and Indian Ocean regions, but to the detriment of the interests of developing countries such as China in the region. It has strong antagonism and pertinence, and it is a continuation and a replica of the opposing policies of the cold war in the new century. In essence, it is based on national strength and through the maintenance and formation of international political, security and economic alliances. Planning regional and world leadership and pursuing the realistic diplomatic and international order structure of maximizing the national interests of Japan.
