建构中美新型大国关系的结构性障碍

【摘要】：在国际体系发生结构性变动的背景下,以新兴大国崛起为特征的非西方世界的兴起,必然导致体系结构性转移、权力及利益分享和霸权衰退,从而使美国陷入结构性困境,不得不实行战略收缩,集中力量封杀被认为对美国有威胁的新兴崛起大国,这与新型大国关系的本质背道而驰。由此形成建构中美新型大国关系的结构性障碍,而乌克兰危机更加深了美国的结构性危机感,美国对华对冲战略的重点转向强硬,充满恐吓、遏制、围堵、对抗和威慑。
[Abstract]:Against the background of structural changes in the international system, the rise of the non-Western world, characterized by the rise of emerging powers, will inevitably lead to the structural transfer of the system, the sharing of power and benefits, and the decline of hegemony, thus causing the United States to fall into a structural dilemma. The need for a strategic contraction and a focus on blocking emerging and rising powers deemed to be a threat to the United States runs counter to the nature of the new power relationship. The Ukraine crisis has deepened the sense of structural crisis in the United States, and the focus of the US hedging strategy towards China has turned to be tough, full of intimidation, containment, containment, confrontation and deterrence.
