中国国家核心利益探析

【摘要】：国家核心利益是国家利益的重要组成部分,是关系到国家兴旺发达、生存发展的大问题。国家核心利益是在长期探索过程中形成的,具有鲜明的特征,主要表现为政治上的不可动摇性、地位上的重要性、内容上的普遍性、性质上的"自卫性"。改革开放以来,中国在探索和平发展道路、维护国家核心利益方面取得了显著成就,但国家核心利益也面临来自西方大国政治、经济、文化、军事等方面的挑战。面对挑战,我们应坚定不移走和平发展道路,推动和谐世界建设,坚持独立自主的和平外交政策,倡导新安全观、国家责任观、地区合作观。
[Abstract]:The core interests of the state are an important part of the national interests and a big problem related to the prosperity and development of the country. The core interests of the state are formed in the process of long-term exploration, with distinctive features, mainly as political unshakable, important in status, universality in content, and "self-defense" in nature. Since the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in exploring the road of peaceful development and maintaining the core interests of the country. However, the core interests of the country also face challenges from the political, economic, cultural and military aspects of the great powers of the West. Facing the challenge, we should unswervingly take the path of development, promote the construction of a harmonious world and adhere to independence. The peaceful foreign policy advocates the concept of new security, the concept of state responsibility and the concept of regional cooperation.
