【摘要】：2009年1月19日,美国新总统奥巴马入主白宫。同年,国务卿希拉里出访亚洲,这与以往先欧后亚的惯例大不相同,此外,频繁的联合军事演习、积极地介入东亚区域组织及谨慎地调整对亚洲的外交战略都足以说明美国早已将亚洲作为其外交战略对象,不难看出新政府对亚洲的重视程度。美国改变以往重欧轻亚的态度,积极地参与亚洲事务,极大程度的影响了亚洲地区内部的正常秩序,尤其是对中国政治安全产生了不可忽视的消极影响。本文一共分为五个章节。第一章节为绪论部分,整理并归纳了关于论文所需要的材料,包括选题背景及意义、相关概念的阐述,并且对国内外研究现状做出简要评价等；第二章节是对美国重返亚洲战略与政治安全等相关概念的具体阐释,并对美国重返亚洲战略的特点做出详细说明,通过对美国亚洲战略前后对比,系统地分析了美国战略调整动因,为文章分析消极影响打下铺垫；第三章节主要介绍了美国重返亚洲战略的表现,包括战略提出的具体时间、具体表现等；第四章节具体分析了美国重返亚洲战略对中国政治安全的消极影响；最后提出应对美国重返亚洲战略消极影响的对策,首先介绍了如何正确处理好敏感问题,其次提高文化安全意识,再次是建立和谐的外交环境,最后是如何全面提高我国综合国力。文章结尾得出结论。
[Abstract]:On January 19, 2009, the new US President Barack Obama took office in the White House. In the same year, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visited Asia, which was very different from the previous practice of starting Europe before Asia. In addition, she conducted frequent joint military exercises. The active involvement of the East Asian regional organizations and the prudent adjustment of the diplomatic strategy towards Asia are sufficient to show that the United States has taken Asia as its diplomatic strategy object for a long time, and it is not difficult to see the importance attached by the new government to Asia. The United States changed its attitude of attaching importance to Europe over Asia and actively participated in Asian affairs, which greatly affected the normal order in the region, especially the negative impact on China's political security. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, collating and summarizing the materials needed for the thesis, including the background and significance of the selected topic, the related concepts, and making a brief evaluation of the current research situation at home and abroad. The second chapter is a detailed explanation of the relevant concepts such as the American strategy of returning to Asia and political security, and a detailed explanation of the characteristics of the US strategy of returning to Asia, and a comparison between the two before and after the US Asian strategy. The third chapter mainly introduces the performance of the American strategy of returning to Asia, including the specific time and the specific performance of the strategy. The fourth chapter analyzes the negative impact of the American strategy of returning to Asia on China's political security, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the negative impact of the strategy of returning to Asia, first of all, it introduces how to deal with the sensitive issues correctly. Secondly, to improve the sense of cultural security, to establish a harmonious diplomatic environment, and finally to improve the overall national strength of our country. The conclusion is reached at the end of the article.
