从利益到认同的艰难转变:解构中日和解的“结构性缺陷”

【摘要】：中日关系是中国所面临的重要双边关系之一,也是中国当前致力于建设和谐周边与打造"亚洲命运共同体"的重要一环。然而,中日关系却始终存在着和解难题,对此,学术界出现了权力结构说、文化模式说以及国内结构说等具有代表性的解释模式,但国家之间和解的过程性和复杂性限制了上述解释模式的效力。为此,文章在回顾战后中日和解过程的基础上,将其划分为初始和解、和解的巩固及和解的倒退和逆转三个阶段,提出中日和解已经陷入了长期的困顿状态,未能实现从利益到认同的彻底转变。文章指出,导致两国长期未能实现真正和解的根源在于其中存在的"结构性"缺陷,即过分注重利益结构,忽视了认同结构的塑造;单边和解的倾向明显;国家与社会的关系存在着二元分离,至少是二者没有形成合力;缺乏要素支撑的形式追求等。在中国政府提出亲、诚、惠、容的周边外交理念和建设"亚洲命运共同体"的倡议后,中日和解再一次面临转机。从某种意义上来说,可以将中日之间真正和彻底的和解视为21世纪中日外交关系史上的一场革命,它不仅将为两国人民带来福祉,而且有利于东亚地区秩序的和平转型。
[Abstract]:The relationship between China and Japan is one of the important bilateral relations facing China, and is also an important part of China's current commitment to building a harmonious periphery and building an "Asian Community of Destiny". However, there is always a difficult problem of reconciliation between China and Japan. In view of this, there are representative interpretation models such as power structure theory, cultural model theory and domestic structure theory in academic circles. However, the process and complexity of inter-state reconciliation limit the effectiveness of the above interpretation model. Therefore, on the basis of reviewing the process of reconciliation between China and Japan after the war, the paper divides it into three stages: initial reconciliation, consolidation of reconciliation and retrogression and reversal of reconciliation. Failed to realize the complete transformation from benefit to identity. The author points out that the reason why the two countries fail to achieve real reconciliation for a long time lies in their "structural" defects, that is, they pay too much attention to the structure of interests and neglect the shaping of the structure of identity, and the tendency of unilateral reconciliation is obvious. The relationship between state and society is dualistic, at least they do not form a joint force and lack the support of elements. The reconciliation between China and Japan faces another turning point after the Chinese government put forward the diplomatic concept of pro-sincerity, favor and tolerance and the proposal to build an "Asian Destiny Community." In a sense, the genuine and complete reconciliation between China and Japan can be regarded as a revolution in the history of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations in the 21st century. It will not only bring the well-being of the two peoples, but also be conducive to the peaceful transformation of the order in East Asia.
