俄罗斯在叙利亚反恐军事行动评析

【摘要】：在叙利亚展开反恐军事行动,是普京在俄罗斯面临内外交困的复杂背景下作出的战略决策。两年来的反恐实践,彰显了普京这一决策的正确与远见。俄通过叙利亚反恐作战行动,不仅充分展示了武器装备效能与部队的战斗力,检验了近年来军队建设与改革的成果,全面摔打锤炼了部队,还同美欧、中东国家展开了一系列的外交互动,有斗争也有合作。可以说,俄在叙利亚的反恐军事行动可圈可点。俄在舆论宣传上也同样表现精彩,主动打了一场与军事仗相得益彰的舆论宣传仗,为军事行动提供了有力的舆论支撑与保障。两年来,俄在叙利亚采取的反恐军事行动不仅改写了国际反恐斗争历史,加快了"伊斯兰国"瓦解进程,而且还赢得了对西方斗争的主动,大大提高了国际地位,改善了国际环境,维护了民族自尊,增强了民族自信,收到诸多政治红利。
[Abstract]:The launch of a military campaign against terrorism in Syria is a strategic decision made by Putin in the complex background of Russian and foreign difficulties. The practice of counter-terrorism in the past two years has highlighted the correctness and foresight of Putin's decision. The Russian counter-terrorism campaign has not only fully demonstrated the effectiveness of weapons and equipment and the combat effectiveness of the troops, but also examined the near future. In recent years, the achievements of the army construction and reform, a comprehensive fall in the army, and the United States and Europe, the Middle East countries have launched a series of diplomatic interaction, there are also cooperation. In the past two years, the anti terrorist military action in Syria has not only rewritten the history of the international fight against terrorism, quickened the process of the disintegration of the "Islamic state", but also won the initiative for the struggle against the west, greatly improved the international status, improved the international environment and maintained the people. Ethnic pride has enhanced national self-confidence and received many political dividends.
