【摘要】：进入21世纪以来,人权史研究已从一个边缘问题成为国际史和外交史研究的学术前沿。人权问题的国际性讨论肇始于20世纪40年代,然而,从40年代末到70年代初期人权问题讨论陷入"死角区"。但是,人权问题在70年代中期以来逐渐演变为美国外交中的热门话题。具有讽刺意义的是美国在21世纪的最初10年成为侵犯人权的主要国家。本文将英文世界主要学者和他们的代表作及其观点等做一个客观而系统的梳理,从而将美国对外关系史研究中的这一新的学术前沿介绍给中文世界的读者们。
[Abstract]:Since the twenty-first Century, the study of human rights history has become an academic frontier in the international history and the study of diplomatic history from a marginal issue. The international discussion on human rights began in 1940s. However, from the end of 40s to the early 70s, the discussion of human rights has fallen into a "dead corner". However, the human rights issue has gradually evolved into beauty since the middle of 70s. The irony is that the United States has become the main country that violates human rights in the first 10 years of twenty-first Century. This article makes an objective and systematic review of the English world's major scholars, their representative works and their views, so as to introduce the new academic frontiers in the study of the history of American foreign relations. Readers of the world of literature.
