中国国家新形象的柔性塑造及其对外传播战略研究

【摘要】:国家形象是指一国在其他国家人民心目中的综合评价及印象。它是国家力量和民族精神的表现与象征,是一国综合国力的集中体现,也是一个国家最宝贵的声誉资产。良好的国家形象有助于一国发展战略的实施,也可以使国家在国际交往中占据主动。 目前,中国已经成长为仅次于美国的全球第二经济体,在全球经济、军事等硬实力角逐中名列前茅的同时,中国的国家形象塑造则相对滞后。由于对外传播方式的僵化以及西方主流舆论的蓄意曲解,加之过于宣扬国家硬实力的做法,中国国家形象被国际媒体以偏概全地解读为“穷兵黩武”。反观国际舆论,“中国威胁论”、“中国崩溃论”等论调甚嚣尘上,对中国持“强大但不确定”观点的人大有人在,引起外国民众的恐慌,致使我国形象被扭曲并长期被误解,造成了极大的负面影响。 对于处于重要转型期的中国,亟需进一步加快国际交流的步伐,更好地融入世界,得到国际社会的理解和支持。如何正确表达“和平崛起”的初衷,扭转已经被西方受众误读的国家形象,成为提升国家形象的“天堑”、“瓶颈”。时代背景赋予国家形象新的内涵,在中国政府的积极引导下,塑造中国国家新形象的意义已经上升到了国家战略的高度。中国急需在对外传播中寻找更恰当的方式消除隔阂和疑虑,在国际传播中还原中国“和平与发展”的真实国家形象,并最终实现民族复兴。 本文通过对国际舆论导向以及国内传播资源现状的分析研究,探讨中国形象何以被扭曲和误解,并从文化传播视角切入,进一步论证“柔性塑造”国家形象的可行性,提出中国应采用变通的、灵活的、“柔性的”对外交流传播方式,积极改善中国形象遭遇的尴尬境地,并在在潜移默化中塑造中国“和平与发展”的国家形象。
[Abstract]:National image refers to the comprehensive evaluation and impression of a country in the eyes of people of other countries. It is the expression and symbol of national strength and national spirit, the concentrated embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength, and the most precious reputable asset of a country. A good national image is conducive to the implementation of a country's development strategy, and can also enable the country to take the initiative in international exchanges. At present, China has grown into the world's second largest economy after the United States. At the same time, China's national image has lagged behind in the global economic, military and other hard power competition. Due to the ossification of the mode of external communication and the deliberate misinterpretation of mainstream public opinion in the West, and the overpreaching of the hard power of the country, the image of China's state has been interpreted as "militaristic" by the international media in a partial way. On the other hand, international public opinion, the theory of "China threat", "China collapse" and other theories are rampant. There are many people who hold a "strong but uncertain" view of China, causing panic among foreign people and causing the image of our country to be distorted and misunderstood for a long time. It has had a huge negative impact. For China, which is in an important transition period, it is urgent to speed up the pace of international exchanges, better integrate into the world, and get the understanding and support of the international community. How to correctly express the original intention of "peaceful rise" and reverse the national image which has been misread by the western audience has become the "cutting edge" and "bottleneck" to promote the national image. Under the guidance of the Chinese government, the significance of shaping the new image of China has risen to the height of national strategy. China urgently needs to find a more appropriate way to remove the estrangement and misgivings in the foreign communication, restore the true national image of China's "peace and development" in the international communication, and finally realize the national rejuvenation. Through the analysis and study of the international public opinion orientation and the present situation of domestic communication resources, this paper discusses why the image of China is distorted and misunderstood, and from the perspective of cultural communication, further demonstrates the feasibility of "flexible shaping" of the national image. It is pointed out that China should adopt flexible, flexible and flexible means of communication and communication to actively improve the embarrassing situation encountered by China's image, and to mold the national image of China's "peace and development" in a subtle way.
