【摘要】：诺贝尔和平奖以其独特性以及作为和平领域里的一项崇高荣誉,从1901年以来一直吸引着全世界的注意力。它的荣誉之高、奖金之多及现场之豪华一直以来都激励着无数从事和平事业的人士和组织朝着这一目标而努力奋斗。它自从设立以来就以自己独特的方式影响着世界的和平进程以及整个国际关系的发展变化。然而,自二战以来,尤其是近20年,诺贝尔和平奖的内涵发生了很大的变化,它也变成了世界上遭受质疑最多的奖项之一,超级军事大国的首脑、国际争端制造者、分裂主义者还有反人类及反社会分子都频频被授予和平奖。很明显,诺贝尔和平奖的设立对于促使国际关系朝着和平方向发展确实产生了积极的作用,但不可避免,它本身还仍然存在的很多的问题。本文试图从以下几个方面来探讨诺贝和平奖对国际关系的影响及相关问题。首先,论述诺贝尔和平奖的起源、设立目标以及从历届的颁发情况分析研究诺贝尔和平奖的发展状况及特点；其次,对诺贝尔和平奖对国际关系发展的推动作用及所存在的问题进行全面的论述；最后,从达赖喇嘛和刘晓波获奖的例证中阐述一下诺贝尔和平奖与中国的关系。
[Abstract]:The Nobel Peace Prize has attracted worldwide attention since 1901 for its uniqueness and as a noble honour in the field of peace. Its high honor, high prize money, and the luxury of the scene have inspired countless people and organizations engaged in the cause of peace to work towards this goal. It has influenced the world peace process and the development of international relations in its own way since its inception. However, since World War II, especially in the past 20 years, the meaning of the Nobel Peace Prize has changed greatly, and it has become one of the most questioned awards in the world, the heads of super military powers and the international dispute makers. Separatists, as well as anti-human and anti-social elements, have been awarded peace prizes. It is clear that the establishment of the Nobel Peace Prize has indeed had a positive effect on the development of international relations in the direction of peace, but inevitably, there are still many problems in itself. This paper attempts to explore the impact of Noble Peace Prize on international relations and related issues from the following aspects. First of all, it discusses the origin of the Nobel Peace Prize, establishes the goal and analyzes the development and characteristics of the Nobel Peace Prize from the past years. The paper comprehensively discusses the role of the Nobel Peace Prize in promoting the development of international relations and the existing problems. Finally, the relationship between the Nobel Peace Prize and China is expounded from the examples of the Dalai Lama and Liu Xiaobo.
