【摘要】：正不久前胜利闭幕的党的十八届三中全会,是我国在全面建成小康社会和改革开放进入新的重要关头召开的一次重要会议。十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)把推进文化体制机制创新作为一项重要任务,为进一步深化文化体制改革指明了方向。十八届三中全会关于推进文化体制创新的一系列新观点、新论断、新提法,对我们进一步解放思想,转变观念,加快推动文化走出去,提升国家文化软实力,构建社会主义文化强国
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which ended not long ago, is an important meeting of China at a new critical juncture in building a well-off society in an all-round way and entering a new era of reform and opening up. The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively deepening the Reform" adopted by the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the decision") regards the promotion of innovation in the cultural system and mechanism as an important task. For further deepening the reform of the cultural system pointed out the direction. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has put forward a series of new views, new judgments, and new formulations on promoting the innovation of the cultural system, to further emancipate our minds, to change our concepts, to speed up the promotion of cultural development, and to enhance the country's cultural soft power.
