“关键国家”:美国维持现存世界秩序的战略选择

【摘要】：近年来,美国占主导地位的世界秩序面临多方挑战;为维持和巩固现存世界秩序,除加强传统盟国关系和妥善处理大国关系外,美国将"关键国家"这一传统地缘战略概念运用于其维持现存世界秩序的努力,并按一定的标准确定所谓的"关键国家";加强与"关键国家"的合作逐渐成为美国维持现存世界秩序的重要战略路径,而就如何加强与"关键国家"的合作而言,美国的战略思路也日渐明晰。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the world order dominated by the United States has faced many challenges. In order to maintain and consolidate the existing world order, in addition to strengthening the traditional relations of allies and properly handling the relations of great powers, The United States has applied the traditional geostrategic concept of "key States" to its efforts to maintain the existing world order. And to determine the so-called "key countries" according to certain criteria; to strengthen cooperation with "key countries" has gradually become an important strategic path for the United States to maintain the existing world order, and in terms of how to strengthen cooperation with "key countries," America's strategic thinking is becoming clearer.
