中缅交通互联互通现状与前景分析——以云南基础设施建设为视角

【摘要】：云南是推进"一带一路"倡议的前沿阵地,是中国向东南亚和南亚开放的门户。"一带一路"倡议以基础设施为先导,云南大力投资道路交通基础设施建设,到2030年,云南将建成"七出省五出境"的高速公路网、"八出省五出境"的铁路骨架网和"两出省三出境"的水运通道,基本实现省际畅通、沿边畅通、周边国家畅通的"三通"大格局。缅甸是"一带一路"沿线重要支点国家,中缅交通在泛亚交通网中具有不可替代的枢纽作用,建设好云南连接缅甸的道路交通将有助于推动"一带一路"倡议的实施,有助于加快孟中印缅经济走廊的建设步伐,并为"一带一路"起着良好的示范效应。
[Abstract]:Yunnan is at the forefront of advancing the Belt and Road initiative and is China's gateway to Southeast and South Asia. " The "Belt and Road" initiative, led by infrastructure, will invest heavily in road transport infrastructure in Yunnan by 2030. Yunnan will build a highway network of "seven provinces out of the country, five out of the country," a railway skeleton network of "eight provinces out of the country, five out of the country," and a waterway transportation channel of "two provinces out of the country and three out of the country," basically realizing the "three links" large pattern of smooth interprovincial flow, smooth border flow, and smooth flow of neighboring countries. Myanmar is an important fulcrum country along the "Belt and Road", and the Sino-Myanmar traffic plays an irreplaceable role in the pan-Asian transportation network. Building a good road traffic link between Yunnan and Myanmar will help to promote the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative. It is helpful to speed up the construction of Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar economic corridor, and play a good demonstration effect for "Belt and Road".
