当代中国的国际战略研究:进展与创新——唐永胜教授专访

【摘要】：近年来,国际战略研究在中国国际关系研究中的地位凸显,成为继"国际关系理论热"之后新的研究重点,战略研究作为本学科知识发展的又一个有力生长点,受到学界广泛重视。本质上,国际战略研究与国家对外关系实践关系密切,又有其特别的学理定位,不同于纯粹的政策研究。近年来,中国学界的国际战略研究取得哪些进展?当代国际战略研究的创新点是什么?当下国际战略研究存在哪些问题?如何看待中国国际战略研究的发展前景?为此,本刊特约记者、北京大学国际关系学院博士生刘毅专访国防大学战略研究所唐永胜教授。唐教授的主要研究领域包括:国际战略学、国家安全战略、中美战略互动研究等,发表《21世纪全球政治展望及中国前景》《中国国家安全战略构想》《当代国际资本》,等等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the status of international strategic research in the study of international relations in China has become a new research focus after the "hot international relations theory". As another powerful growth point of the knowledge development of the subject, the strategic research has become a new research focus. It has received extensive attention in academic circles. In essence, the international strategic research is closely related to the practice of the country's foreign relations, and has its special theoretical orientation, which is different from the pure policy research. In recent years, what progress has been made in the international strategic research of Chinese academic circles? What is the innovation of contemporary international strategic research? What are the problems in the current international strategic research? How to view the development prospect of China's international strategic research? To this end, our special reporter, Peking University School of International Relations Ph.D. student Liu Yi interview National Defense University Institute of Strategic Professor Tang Yongsheng. Professor Tang's main research fields include international strategy, national security strategy, strategic interaction between China and the United States, publication of Global political Outlook and prospects for China in the 21st Century, Strategic Conception of China's National Security, Contemporary International Capital, and so on.
