试析日本防卫战略与交战规则的调整
[Abstract]:With the reversal of the position of Chinese and Japanese power and the eastward shift of American strategy, Japan's defense strategy began to change qualitatively. Abe's cabinet is due to unveil its fifth postwar defense plan in 2013, and Japan's military is likely to more than double in the next 10 years. This will fundamentally re-examine and change Japan's defence policy after World War II. By digging into Japan's maritime code of conduct and air defense identification circle, we find that Japan is gradually loosening the rules of engagement, and Abe's cabinet's stance of challenging the international order after World War II is becoming increasingly apparent. To allow the SDF to exercise its right to collective self-defence, Abe has made strategic and legal adjustments to Japan's security regime, and the Japanese version of NSC is also expected to emerge. In the short term, Japan will revise its interpretation of the constitution. In the medium to long term, article 96 of the Constitution will likely be amended, leading to a significant reduction in the threshold for amending Article 9 of the Constitution.
