日本学界的海洋战略研究——核心议题与研究趋势

【摘要】：在当前日本学界关于海洋战略的研究中,中国崛起对日本海洋安全战略的影响、日本海洋战略中的武力建设、日本海洋战略与地区秩序构建、日本在国际海洋合作中的角色已经成为核心议题。现实主义与自由主义两种针锋相对的思想并存,是日本海洋战略研究的主要特点。具体而言,地缘政治理论是当前日本学界海洋战略研究的主导性理论,权力转移理论的影响力迅速上升;尽管相互依存理论曾经炬赫一时,如今却影响力有限。日本学界的研究为政府决策提供了重要依据,对日本海洋战略的制定与实施具有深远的影响。
[Abstract]:In the current study of marine strategy in Japanese academic circles, the influence of China's rise on Japan's marine security strategy, the construction of military force in Japan's marine strategy, the construction of Japan's marine strategy and regional order, Japan's role in international maritime cooperation has become a central issue. The coexistence of realism and liberalism is the main characteristic of Japan's marine strategic research. Specifically, geopolitical theory is the dominant theory of marine strategy research in Japanese academic circles at present, the influence of power transfer theory rises rapidly; although interdependence theory was once torched, its influence is now limited. The research of Japanese academic circles provides an important basis for government decision-making and has a profound influence on the formulation and implementation of Japan's marine strategy.
