亚太战略形势评析

【摘要】：当前,亚太地区已成为国际战略竞争的主战场,各主要国家为塑造有利于己的区域政治经济秩序而展开了激烈的较量,地缘政治博弈和安全困境有所加剧。在美国和日本的挑动下,地区热点难点问题持续发酵并成为大国博弈的工具。在此背景下,中国周边安全局势进一步紧张,在东海和南海方向所面临的安全威胁尤其呈现联动性增强和可控性下降的特点,中国与对手发生碰撞和冲突的风险点增多。对此,中国可以在稳定对外关系、推进国际合作的基础上争取战略主动权,同时管控危机和冲突,确保维权与维稳的动态平衡。
[Abstract]:At present, the Asia-Pacific region has become the main battlefield of the international strategic competition, each major country has launched the intense contest in order to shape the regional political and economic order which is beneficial to itself, the geopolitical game and the security predicament have been aggravated. With the agitation of the United States and Japan, the hot and difficult issues in the region continue to ferment and become the tool of the game between the great powers. In this context, the security situation around China is further tense. The security threats in the East China Sea and the South China Sea are characterized by increased interaction and controllable decline, and the risk of collision and conflict between China and its adversaries increases. In this regard, China can strive for strategic initiative on the basis of stabilizing foreign relations and promoting international cooperation, while managing crises and conflicts to ensure a dynamic balance between safeguarding rights and maintaining stability.
